1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Fanscriptor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Fanscriptor is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for Telegram channel administrators to manage paid subscriptions. Our services include:
- Automated subscriber management via Telegram's MTProto protocol
- Payment processing through Stripe Connect
- Subscription plan creation and management
- Channel discovery and promotion tools
- Referral and coupon systems
- Analytics and reporting
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Channel Administrator Responsibilities
If you use Fanscriptor as a channel administrator, you agree to:
- Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Ensure your channel content does not violate applicable laws
- Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Provide accurate information about your channel and subscription plans
- Honor the subscription terms you offer to subscribers
5. Payments and Fees
Fanscriptor charges a platform commission on subscriber payments as described on our pricing page. Key terms:
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's fees apply separately.
- Administrators receive payments directly to their bank account via Stripe Express.
- Platform fees are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to registered users.
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Subscriptions and Cancellations
For subscribers:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified by the plan.
- Stripe automatically retries failed payments up to 3 times.
- If all payment retries fail, the subscription is canceled automatically.
- Upon cancellation, you will be automatically removed from the associated Telegram channel.
7. Intellectual Property
Fanscriptor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fanscriptor Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Channel content belongs to the respective channel administrators.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fanscriptor is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for:
- Telegram service disruptions or account restrictions
- Stripe payment processing errors
- Loss of revenue due to platform issues
- Content posted by channel administrators
Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Fanscriptor in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
